I'm definitely a creature of habit and admit to having theses almost everyday. I love these pancakes and prepare small individual containers of all the dry ingredients to use during the week.
These pancakes are so very forgiving. I always add a tablespoon of ground flaxseed and sometimes hemp seed if I have it on hand. Experiment with what you enjoy. Top with some mint if you like, or substitute a drizzle of maple syrup if you've kept up with your Pilates this week. Let me know what you think.
