ALMOND MILK RECIPE
1 cup almonds (soaked overnight)
4 to 5 cups water
To prepare blend 1 to 2 minutes on highest speed. Strain using nut milk bag.
My favorite version: Pour strained nut milk back into blender and add 3 pitted Medjool dates, a pinch of salt, and a dash
of organic vanilla extract.
Chocolate nut milk: Add 1 - 2 tablespoons raw organic cacao powder to above.
Tip: Always soak almonds and I strain my almonds into a nut milk bag fastened to a pitcher with a thick rubber band.
