PASTA FAGIOLI

I've loved everything Cristina Ferrare prepares since I made her famous Thanksgiving Turkey recipe she shared on an LA morning show years ago. It's been unusually cool here in the LA/Orange County area, and the other day Cristina shared this recipe she was making for dinner. I had all ingredients on hand so I made it as well that evening. It was so easy and delicious. I know it will be one of my go-to soups on those blustery days. It comes together in under an hour and you can easily add an additional protein or extra veggies to the dish. Enjoy!
