Package of 10 Classes:  $630.00

For the most personal attention, the private is all yours. Once your instructor has gone through an assessment of your body, fitness and goals, you'll work together on a program just for you.

Post rehab:  Have you just finished a physical therapy program, but feel you need a bit more work to get you back to full strength? We can take your physical therapy to the next level and get you back into the sport or gym you've been missing.

$50.00 per person

Package of 10 Classes:  $450.00

Have a friend that you'd like to work with? Try out a duet class. The duet offers all available equipment and clients move through sessions in a circuit fashion.  Make these classes your own. You and your partner, along with your instructor, choose how best to spend your time. Resistance, TRX, Reformer, Chair, Jumpboard, Tower, HIIT or all of the above. Your instructor will guide you to the perfect session that suits both of you.

Whether a Private or a Duet, all sessions are customizable to fit your needs.  We offer resistance training with weights as well as suspension training with TRX and much more.
